I then updated Inveontor with the DL21503391 update 1 from Autodesk. I then restarted my computer and launched Inventor and again I received the 0xc0000005 error. I searched the registry for the exact Key mentioned andĭeleted it from the registry and clicked retry and the installation finished without any further errors. " and that I should "verify that you have sufficient access to that key". The installation then stopped while installing InventorĢ014 portion of the Suite with a 1406 error telling me it "could not write value Class to key.

I then did a complete fresh install by right clicking on the Setup file on the Product design Suite 2014 dongle and choosing "open as administrator" which I started without any issues. Then I disabled my Avast virus checker and stopped the process via task manager. So a complete un-install as far as they suggested. This worked out and I did everything exactly as suggested by Autodesk. I then went through the entire removal process to completely remove Autodesk products to do a fresh install of Autodesk 2014. Then I shut down after that was complete and I tried to launch Inventor 2013 and gotĪn 0xc0000005 system error saying "The application was unable to start correctly." Which I carried out through Add/Remove programs in Windows 7, slowly selecting the individual programs that make up the 2012 package and right clicking> uninstall. On receiving a copy of Autodesk 2014 Product Design Suite I decided to uninstall Autodesk 2012 Product Design Suite Hi, I had both Autodesk Product Design Suite 20 installed on my Win 7 64 bit Dell Precision Laptop, all working flawlessly.
